We, UAB “Stolis” (company code 305730593), providing short-term rentals of apartments 1910 APARTMENTS, aim to ensure transparent processing of your personal data. In order to meet the objectives of the storage of confidential information, we are guided by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 216/679, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania (ADTAĮ) and the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania (ERĮ).
Definitions
Recipient means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to which personal data are disclosed, whether or not to a third party. Data Subject – a person who uses the services of 1910 APARTMENTS, visits the website https://1910.lt/ and contacts 1910 APARTMENTS for services or other purposes.
Personal Data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by identifiers such as name, personal identification number, location data, Internet identifiers, and attributes of a person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)..
General provisions
This privacy policy applies to all customers of UAB “Stolis” who use the 1910 APARTMENTS short-term rental services. By accepting the terms of this privacy policy, you, as a user, consent to the automatic or manual processing of the data provided for the purposes stated herein.
Purposes of processing personal data
1910 APARTMENTS processes your personal data for the following purposes: ordering and provision of services, direct marketing, customer service, apartment reservation, website traffic statistics and monitoring, website improvement, promotion of 1910 APARTMENTS, analysis of guests’ opinions, service improvement (including monitoring of guests’ behaviour), for the purpose of protection of property and personal data; internal administration; for the purpose of filing, pursuing and defending legal claims, for the purpose of maintaining relations with customers and partners; for accounting purposes; for the purpose of administering and enforcing contracts and for the purpose of managing queries.
Categories of personal data processed by 1910 APARTMENTS
For the purposes of the processing of personal data specified above, the following main categories of personal data may be processed by 1910 APARTMENTS, including but not limited to:

- ID card (passport) number, date, and place of issue;

- information about cohabitants;

By purchasing accommodation services and entering 1910 APARTMENTS, the individual concerned expresses their freely given consent to the processing of their personal data. The processing of personal data shall not exceed the necessary duration to achieve the purposes of processing or as required by the data subjects and/or provided for by law. Processors shall have the right to process personal data only based on instructions from 1910 APARTMENTS and solely to the extent necessary for proper performance of contractual obligations. When utilizing data processors, 1910 APARTMENTS shall strive to ensure that these processors have implemented appropriate organizational and technical security measures and maintain the confidentiality of personal data. Data subjects have the right to: be informed about the processing of their personal data; access their personal data; request rectification or suspension of processing of their personal data; request destruction or restriction of processing of their personal data; and object to the processing of their personal data. 1910 APARTMENTS implements appropriate organizational and technical data security measures, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage (integrity and confidentiality principle). Access to personal data shall be limited to employees, service providers, and authorized processors who require access for the performance of their job functions or service provision.
The laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall govern the enforcement and interpretation of the provisions of the Privacy Policy. 1910 APARTMENTS may, at its sole discretion, modify this Privacy Policy, which shall become effective upon posting on https://1910.lt/.
