The contemporary skylights of these apartments offer a sense of space and a connection to nature, allowing the blue sky to filter through and warm the authentic red brick walls. This leads you to the expansive French-style balconies on the north side. To maintain a balance with the present, we have preserved the original fachwerks unique to the Klaipėda region as you ascend to these apartments. It has always been our dream to protect them.
